Student's Involvement and Engagement -

Guided by the motto “Service Above Self,” student members take an active role in conceptualising, planning, and executing all initiatives. They participate in needs assessments, liaise with partner organisations, coordinate logistics, and manage on-ground execution. This comprehensive engagement nurtures a strong sense of social responsibility and empowers students to recognise their impact within the community. Through collaborative work, problem-solving, and reflective practices, they develop confidence, empathy, and essential leadership skills.

How Participation in this club supports studnet overall growth and development

Participation in the Interact Club plays a vital role in students’ holistic development. It cultivates essential life skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, project management, and interpersonal competence. Students learn to take initiative, handle responsibilities, make informed decisions, and collaborate respectfully with diverse groups both within and beyond the school community. The programme further strengthens emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and civic responsibility, shaping students into compassionate and conscientious global citizens. The experiences gained through the club also enrich their academic profiles and enhance their readiness for interviews and university applications.

The future scope and benefits of being a member of the CNS Interact Club

Membership in the Interact Club provides a gateway to deeper involvement within the wider Rotary network, including Rotaract and various international youth leadership programmes. Students gain access to mentoring opportunities as well as projects and initiatives organized by Rotary. Continued engagement helps them build strong connections with professionals across diverse fields, strengthens their service portfolios, and fosters a lifelong commitment to social impact. These experiences are highly regarded in higher education pathways and future careers, particularly in areas related to leadership, social outreach, public service, and international collaboration.
